Refund conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Product Issues<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The received product does not match the description;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The product was damaged during transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2 Customer reasons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The customer is dissatisfied due to personal reasons, but the product has not been used and the packaging is intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Refund application process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Submit Application<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please submit a refund request through our customer service email or phone within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide the following information in the request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Order number;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Purchase date;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Problem description and related photos (if any).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 Audit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our customer service team will conduct a review within 3 working days after receiving the application and notify the customer of the review result via email or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 Return of goods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the refund request is approved, please send the product back to our designated return address. When returning the product, please ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-The product is unused and the packaging is intact (unless there are quality issues with the product);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Attach original invoice or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Refund processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Refund amount<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Refunds due to product issues: refund the full purchase amount, including initial shipping costs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Refunds due to personal reasons of the customer: refund the purchase amount, but not including initial shipping and return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Refund Method<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product and confirm its status. The refund will be returned through the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Special instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 Non returnable goods<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following products are not eligible for returns and refunds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Customized products;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Close fitting clothing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Used or damaged products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 Liability for Damage or Loss<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the returned product is damaged or lost during transportation, the customer shall bear the relevant responsibility on their own.
